  • Review, screen, and filter candidate applications to ensure alignment with job requirements and qualifications
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to efficiently organize, track, and update candidate information
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless experience
  • Maintain accuracy and confidentiality in all candidate records and documentation
  • Contribute to creating an exceptional candidate experience by providing timely updates and clear communication
  • Support additional recruitment initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to assess candidate qualifications effectively
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and job boards is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • A passion for helping build a talented and diverse workforce
